Here are the results

1. As for the Borg Warner Coil Packs I bought they work great.
2. NGK ITR6 Really smooth idle and truck seems to pull better. (power still not quite right)
3. O2 Sensors from ORielly's work fine
4. Champion Ford in Corpus checked out everything (sensors etc) and found nothing wrong. They are refunding me the money for the plugs and labor.
5. I talked to a friend who is a Ford Mech in Fla. and he recommended replacing the cats. He says the stock cats are cheap and any type of misfire (bad coil, plug etc..) or putting in the wrong plugs (like Champion Ford did) can cause a partial melt of the interior. This would cause excessive backpressure and the extra fuel to be dumped in. This would explain my loss of power, bad mileage and the soot on my ground effects in front of rear tire.
6. THANKS to Sal, Rob 02, TXOutlaw, and several others who have tried to help. Now I'm gonna find me a high flow midpipe and hope for the best. I'll post the results when I get some.
Thanks Again
Dave

Did you try the stock plugs? If not you may want to give them a shot. I can tell you that I noticed an appreciable difference but it may all have been in my head. Either way glad to hear that there were no major issues with your Beast.
