spark plug break up

Tomorrow my 99 L is having its powerplant removed and it is being re-built. I had a spark plug (the one closest to the passenger seat) break apart, warp a valve, and crack a piston. I have aquired most of the funds to do the job but any suggestions on specialty parts would be great. We are gonna port the heads, port the stock eaton as well as a little filling in, using manley forged H-beam rods(the 750hp), forged pistons 30 over and having the pistons measured to make sure the block is bored precisely, using the same crank, and already have a 6lb lower pulley a cool air induction and an autologic chip.
