What are you looking for exactly? I wanted a brand new Lightning myself....so I bought one last January. After reading about all the built engines, KB's and turbo systems, I really wish I would have gotten a 99 or 2000, or 2001 in excellent COSMETIC condition, then bought a built block, and power adder with the $10k or so I saved over buying new. $0.02

I seriously doubt you will find an untitled "new" L out there anymore.

 

I know that back around April-ish a buddy of mine bought a 2004 red Lightning from Brandon Ford here in Tampa and they told him it was the last new Lightning in the nation.

Well its 2005 almost 2006, and u want a brand new 2004 model, i kinda hate to say it but i think ur outta luck, my best guess is they are all gone.

 

No new ones on eBay either. A few clean low mileage ones though. Good Luck!

 

I know someone that has one in a garage that has less than 30 miles on it. It has never been licensed and it is now located on the Big Island in Hawaii. Ever since it came to Hawaii, it has been covered in a garage. It's black.

 

What a waste.

 

He has two dd plus a 10 sec race car. At one time he was trying to sell it, but I don't know what his intentions are at this time. All I know it's still covered in a garage.

 

Thats funny, I bought a red 04 lightning from Brandon ford on April 11th. Flew down to get it, then drove it back to New Mexico. I know there were 2 red ones there when we started the paperwork in late March, but when I got there it was the only one. So i got the last one in the nation!!
