I know most already know. 10.36 @ 130!!!!

Well, yesterday CTTopgun and myself decided to make the trip to Atco. I just got my truck back from the body shop and wanted to see what I could do on my nitrous tune, he wanted to go for a new best. The weather was cool and it was a great day for making power. But we were very concerned with traction as the sun stayed tucked away for a little bit. We each made a few early runs, I was not spraying it though as the bottle was COLD! We both were struggling for traction I got one clean 60FT(1.56) but let off as I didn't want to get kicked off before I got to go for a number.
Well the sun showed up and my bottle warmed up. Cars started to hook and I decided to make a pass. Well I didn't hook up and spun bad, I aborted and just cruised down the track. I really wanted a full pass so I hot lapped it around. This time I smoked the tires good. I was rewarded with an amazing launch, 1.437 60FT. The truck pulled so smooth and strong. I had a smile from ear to ear when I was handed the slip. 10.404 @ 129.59!
The crew took a break for lunch and I let the truck cool a little bit. Once they started up again I watched a little racing and decided it was time to make another run. Again I did a nice burnout. Again an awesome launch! 1.435 60FT!!! Another amazingly smooth and strong pass, the truck never stopped pulling. I knew by my buddies and Jim's faces that it was a great run. I got my slip, I was still smiling from an hour ago but it just got bigger. 10.360 @ 130.27!!!!! I didn't make any more runs, I was in shock. We loaded up and hit the road.
Runs were made with a 3.25 upper/8lb lower. Nitrous was a NX wet kit with a 75 shot activated with push button.
Truck was still at full weight with nothing removed except for wheels/tires or course. 10.3 isn't bad for a truck that weighs around 49XXlbs huh>???
Suspension is basic QA1's all around. Lift bars. Ruslow lowering springs up front. 2" shackles in the rear. I have JDM's front springs but did not get to put them in.
Transmission was built by my brother over 2yrs ago(I had a busted leg).
Torque Converter is a Pro Troque. Thanks Joe!

I would like to say Congrats to Jim for his new best.

Even more so I would like to thank EVERYBODY at JDM Engineering. This would have never happened with out you guys. You guys have been there for me since the a week after I bought this truck. I feel like family whenever I am in Freehold and it is a great feeling. Thanks again. We are going to get this truck going even faster.

Once again CONGRATS MAT,
Those ET's "especially at full weight" are simply amazing

And Jim, I knew you plenty good enough to know you like to always play it
very safe and easy (meaning tunes and pushing it to it's limit) so to see 11.5's come out of it as is, THERE IS NO DOUBT, there's hi 10's and very low 11's under that hood with a simple tune change, CONGRATS BRO

To see a truck with tailgate, hitch, spare tire and stock bumper run that good is an impressive site. Congratulations Mat!
