Took the opportunity to run a test and tune at Atco yesterday. Weather was cold and cloudy in the morning. The track was not hooking at all and as I prepared for my first run was a little concerned.
Run 1 I spun, then hooked, but at about 300ft started to skate towards the wall. Got off it then back on to a 11.87/116 on a 1.72 60'. Not bad, but I knew it was making power! If the track warmed I was going to be happy.
Run 2 I hooked good. Ran to a 11.599/117.86. A new personal best! Felt real good, but I launched a little soft. I was looking forward to next run.
Run 3 I nailed the launch. 1.631 60' 11.50/117.9. New bests all around.
Run 4 hot lapped it, spun and slowed down.
I am quite pleased with the progress I have made since putting in the JDM motor. Going to be looking to go faster next season!

Nice times I knew I should've gone to atco... maybe I'll go tuesday night.what was the air temp?I want it to be in the 40's so i can go for a #.

I doubt you will hook without some sun to warm the track. Temps were in the low to mid 40s Saturday, but we only could hook once the cloud cover lifted.
