I got an email from my dealer today, and he reiterated that my L is to arrive on 2/21. 19 days and counting...

BTW, the dealer mentioned that he still had a few '00Ls available for order. Also, he mentioned that he had a '00 Cobra R coming, and the current bid, so far, is $100k. So if anyone has some change lying around...

 

I called my dealer today after I heard that several people had already received their VIN and delivery date. He called me back later but was puzzled that anyone had any info. He said his computer still showed no information available. He aasked if I knew where the other dealers were finding the info. Can any one help? Thanks.

Just got off the phone to SVT, and rep. told me that production had indeed started on the L's. I asked him if mine had been scheduled yet, but he said I would have to get that info from the dealer.

 

I ordered mine(last one available in the South Suburban Chicago area) on April 5,1999 and recieved it on June 26,1999.
P.S. I paid sticker for the L.

Need Help understanding: 2 Feb 2000 my truck had been serialized per recording.
Does that mean:
a. Scheduled to be built?
b. Has been built?
c. None of the above?
