Question Fastest ETs

With the basic mods. chip/filter. Who has the fastest time. I think Spiro99SVT' 13.064@105.33 is the bomb. Is that consistant, and with drag radials only. If so what was the fastest time before the D/R tires. And how much did they cost you? I might get them before I get hedders.

99-White
Superchip TBI
Borla Muffler
Airaid On its way
Hedders or Drag radials? next.

in sig, with STOCK tires & STOCK air pressure! That is my quickest et, my best speed was 102.148 (that I have a record of in my hand), but If my memory serves me correct I think I have run a low 103.

I don`t post here too often, but I would like to agree with caka. Spiro does seem to running the quickest with the highest M.P.H.,with the least amount of mods. There are others running faster but with the use of NO2.Can`t wait to see what your truck will do with more boost Spiro.Seems as if you have one hell of a powerful truck.I did some calculating with the weight of your truck and the trap speed your horsepower is somewhere around 420-430....WOW I`m curious Spiro did you ever get your coolant problem solved? Keep up the good work

Question

I don't run any NOS either. To rich for my blood. Plus I like getting all I can get out of the motor 1st. then start with the goodies, like cams, heads, throttle bodies, injectors, etc. Then the NOS!

Talking

Spiro99SVT

I spent a lot of time on the dyno with a software package designed by a friend of mine and we tweeked the fuel.air ratios, timing, rev limited, and shift points for max HP at the rear wheels. Then I saved the setup so I can down load it in when ever I want. So I now have two positions in the computer, Kinda stock, and all out strip. This was a costly experiment, messed up a few parts, and with the tweeked runs we used 112 Otg. race fuel. The only thing I was not able to do was turn the rev limiter off. But I'm not through trying yet.
