I’ve already raced two of um, one at about 80, good bye looser, really good flip off he gave me at the next light and one from a standing start, I think the squelling of the tires made his ***** shrink. He wanted to go but backed out after about 400 feet. I’ll race a new corvette and lose, really don’t mine, half of the time there not real drivers, but this stuff about I have a cool car and won’t drive it kills me, welcome to Dallas.

 

I tried to go the URL to tell them about my Dakota R/T kill Friday night, but a password seems to be required to get in - no wonder, they apparently don't want to be bothered by the facts!

Good to see someone else over there posting. I was the only one for a while. I'm RipTyd over there. They don't like being shown that there are other manufacturers with cars/trucks that are faster than their precious dodges.

 

Oh, I have been a bad boy again. I couldn't resist registering with the Dodge boys, and telling them of my R/T kill last Friday night. I told them they have great trucks - they are just slow. I also now note that I screwed up by placing the note in the general discussion formum rather than the Flame wars section, but I didn't find an edit or delete option. Oh well, stuff happens. Now which Dodge R/T is next to be humbled by the 'ol white beauty?

The Dodge crowd can say what they want, but here in Fresno, CA - I raced two of them (I posted the kills here late last year and also over on the jsmartin board.) One of them was at the street races with hundreds of people in attendance watching his attempts to catch my tail lights. His after-market s/c did little to even the playing field. This talk of pounding Dodge R/t's is making me really miss my Black Bolt.......Of course, the black ones are faster you know.........

what is yours sucking, boost or N2O?

 

I was at the track yesterday and I have on video 3 different 5.9 R/T's. The best one ran a 15.6, the others were 16.1 and 16.5's. So, Motor Trends shoot out where the R/T was a 16.0 is right on the money.

Dodge missed the boat on this truck badly!
