Question This is a quickie for someone...

What size are the flanged nuts that bolt the
cats up to the header pipes?

It's been a while...

They are either M8x1.25 or M10x1.5 I doubt they are M12s?

What Phht Phht noise are you referring to? I've been chasing what sounds like an exhaust leak for two years. Two muffler shops and two different Ford Dealers say no leak.
