I finally broke down and ordered the Roush suspension today, along with the floor mats, seat covers, and window banner. I was thinking of waiting, but after waiting for 5-6 months, i figured whats another 2-3 days. I guess the next thing on my agenda is talking to Sal. By the way, is it true all L's have the same code. If this is true, does that mean i may order my chip/filter before my L gets here. Holding to this, can the flipchip also have the nitrous program already burned on. If this is possible I may go ahead and order, with him being on delay and all, could arrive bout the same time...

Screamin'Silver..How did you order your suspension?Through a local dealer or are they shipping it to you?I'll be in the market for one soon.All of the 99's had the same computer but I'm not sure if the 00's will be the same.I believe with Sal's chip you can have a nitrous program, but you might put some break-in miles on the motor first.

i just went to my dealer, i dunno if certain ones or Roush certified, but being an SVT dealer i would assume they would be. He says that when the L gets here, he will flatbed it a local Roush place, let them do the work, and truck it back to the dealership. My dealer added the cost into the price of the truck, so its not bad at all. But who knows, every dealer is probably a little different. He did mention at one time about doing it at the dealership, but i like the idea of Roush doing it personally. Make sure its done to their standards.

As far as nitrous, it'll be hooked up, but non-useable and in no way, shape, or form be used at all till 1k miles is on it, just to be safe.
