Any Lightnings out there with a steel driveshaft?

There seems to be a mix of the steel and aluminum driveshafts in the other model lines.

If there is a Lightning with a rusty steel one, then I won't feel so bad.

Mine is rusty steel, I think they all are.Along with the rusty block is really makes me mad.Why coulnt they oaint the block???????!!!!!!!!1

 

mine is rusty steel too - I thought they were all suppossed to be aluminum

Hey guys, Sal here. All 99 Lightning driveshafts are steel. The 93-95 trucks had the 4 inch aluminum unit.
