Interior Cleaning
I originally thought that the "suede-type" interior we have would be hard to clean. Not so.
I've been crawling in and out of mine for about 6 months (6000 miles) and the driver's seat was starting to noticeably discolor.
I used a liquid cleaner and a soft brush and got it into a slight foam. Used a towel to pickup any moisture and partially dried the cleaned areas. I used a blow dryer and the same brush until completely dry(my wife thought I was crazy blowdrying my truck seats). The look just like new!
So, if you're considering soaking the seats down and getting them clean, don't sweat it. You'll be happy with the results.
Oh, yeah. Don't forget to ScotchGuard.

I used a product call "Blue" something...Just use a gentle interior cleaner.
Kiwi makes a suede/nubuck protectant. Works great. I actually used both the Kiwi and Scotchguard.

Fun things to know and learn:
The gray parts of our seats are cloth, not suede. I thought they were suede too, but found out otherwise from SVT, and later confirmed it through my salesman and service writer.

Chuck,
That's why I refered to them as "suede-type". Still, I think keeping them protected made the clean-up a breeze.

I spilled a protein shake on My seat just in front of the arm rest. My wife used a vacuum that is similar to a rainbow, one that uses water spray to clean with. It looks new.
Still I may buy the is it Oakley seat covers.
