I had a b i t c h of a time with the DJM uppers fitting correctly. Took me
three times to get ones that were fabbed correctly.

I have the WC lowers and the DJM uppers and everything was OK. Maybe
you just got another rotten fab job from them.... ???

My brother called today, they said they have uppers that don't change the height but put the ball joint where it should be. He ordered them so we will see what happens next week.
Thanks for the info though, if this doesn't work out we will have to have a talk with them. -Mat-

You would have been better to got to your local auto parts store and buy new TRW upper arms with TRW ball joints. The arms and ball joints cost around $120 for a pair and are warranted for life. The DJM arms come with the same crappy oem ball joints we already have on our trucks. The TRW ball joints are much nicer. I've already had a pair pressed into my lower WC arms.

That sounds pretty good Tampa, they sound like a great alternative to say the least. Do you happen to know if the TRW upper arms manufactured with a dropped suspension in mind though?

The whole thing with the DJM arms, according to them, is that they know you'll be running them on a truck with a big drop and they've placed the ball joints in a different location to make up for that.

Probably not, but mine is really only dropped a inch. The oem ball joints are crappy and wear out fast that's all I know. Having the TRW ball joints would be my preference with a lifetime warranty. If they fail I will just get another set for free. I have a friend that can replace upper's in 10 minutes.
