My own nitrous thread, just a simple question.

For those running an NX kit with a bottle heater and safety switch:
Is the safety switch adjustable as far as what pressure it shuts the heater off at>??? Both times I have run my system(during the JDM dyno tune and at the track) my pressure switch has kicked off the heater at low PSI(around 900-950).
I have had to jump the solenoid to keep the heater on to get higher bottle pressure. Did I get a faulty solenoid or do I simply need to adjust this one>??? I know the fuel pressure solenoid is adjustable but never looked at the nitrous one. Thanks, -Mat-

Matt, the sensor for the NX pressure system will kick on at 900 and off at 1050. The problem is that once it kicks off, it will stay off until it drops all the way to 900.

Here's a little trick I came up with a few years back.... With the heater on, close the bottle valve. Then purge the feed line empty and the heater will kick back on. Then reopen the valve and the heater will stay on again now till it hits 1050.

Thanks Sal! Your nitrous plate is working out great as well. Looks super slick! Thanks, -Mat-
