Motor kit on e-Bay... opinions

Found this kit:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/5-4-F...spagenameZWD1V

I have a few concerns about it, namely...

1. Is this a good price for this kit, considering what it contains

2. Is this a good quality kit?

I'm getting down to the purchasing and I need to start pulling the parts in, thought that this would be a good place to start comparing. Any suggestions from the forum?

Should be okay, but not high dollar top of the line stuff. The rods aren't named so are likely an off-shore version. The rod bolts are good. I like plasma moly rings but don't like that he calls them low tension race rings. That usually ends up in oil consumption on a street engine, if they are indeed low tension oil rings. King bearings are okay. I have heard that the Manley pistons are noisy though, which may also be a concern.

Those rods are the same as forged manley, eagle, scat, etc... All are made offshore in taiwan now. most billet rods are still US made though.
