Photoshop help?

Photoshop help?
hey, the back of my truck got smacked the other day, so our bodyshop told me they will have to blend all the way up to the doors,
so, got me thinking about doing 2 things, a new solid color all the way, this would be the most expensive, was thinking dark copper, screaming yellow or new tungsten gray,
the cheaper route would be a fade, i was thinking of going from the silver to true blue in an angled fade
anyone that could do this for me?
heres a couple pics, one kinda how i was thinking, anyone able to fill this in with true blue and make it look right?
