I'm debating whether to take my white Supercharged Police Interceptor or red Street Appearance Police Interceptor, lol... I will most likely take the red grandpa car because I have to leave by 12 noon, got a stupid meeting in Newark at 1pm, so I won't be able to stay too long but I'm also going to take a whole bunch of pix of the L's for my www.SVTregistry.com


I guess I'll see you there, I was going to leave by 7:30am.

I was planning on going, but my torque converter is on it's way out. While it OK on the street I am a little afraid of it at the track.

Jim is sending me a Expedition Torque converter, but it won't be here in time to make the event.

Last year many hadn't made any passes by that time, some made 1, (I did).
You should be able to get one in by then, I think we made the second pass of the day @ 3ish. But we also only had one lane due to massive wind, so on a good day we would get twice that in

im taking the day off from work , i want to see what the new motor will do ,my motor has almost 1k on it now and its second oil change. 489hp 569 tq sae ,its a 99 with all the same in it as you st louis except i have stage 2 heads , and the stock lower intake,thats also my street tune , stlouis are you realy going to run your truck wot in the 1/4 with out puting some miles on it first? i did not go wot until after the first 500mi. anyway hope to see you there, im leaving early in the morning to beat the work trafic.

I think my motor had under 10 miles on it last year at JDM day. They put the motor in it, dyno tuned it, I drove down that morning, I changed the tires, put it on the trailer and went to the track. Made one run which was a 10.97, then I had to take off. -Mat-

 

You had that BEAST back on the trailer as fast as it came off
I remember sitting in the staging lanes and seeing you drive off, I was like
