I've got a friend that has been waiting 6 weeks for a
mail order tune. I think that's a bit excessive. I don't
know what's wrong but maybe he's just to busy building
motors, eh? I thought the reason the XCAL2 was gonna
be so sweet is that you didn't have to wait forever for
the snail mail back and forth.

Disappointing ...

 

Yes, the site needs some help and some updating. It's a little hard because I don't have control over the site myself, and my web guy has gotten very busy with big accounts in the recent past. I'll try to get it up to date.

As for e-mails, I'll try to catch up this weekend. I'll sit down and try to get every one taken care of.

As for Cliff's friend waiting 6 weeks for a tune, what's his name or e-mail? I know I get backed up a lot with shop work, but I'm not aware of anyone waiting that long. Let's get him taken care of.

 

I gonna give Sal a get out of jail free card here. I know the guy is swamped. I have personally showed up at his shop at 9 pm 3 times in the last month to pick up stuff for my Stang and he was still working hard.
Like he has said countless times...Call and leave a message.
I thought he did not like me any more because 1 1/2 weeks went by and i did not get a response. I called and left a message and Lisa called me back that night. He does not have room for one more car in his shop...I would call or sit and wait patiently.

 

His name is Brian, and he lives in Brandon's old house around the corner, Sal.
Belleauwood Drive.... He talked to Lisa last week and she thought the tune
was sent but nothing ever showed up and she said she thought you did it already. I think he got the XCAL from you too. I just hate to hear stuff like
that, cause I know it's just a mistake somewhere. I think it's just a 4 lb
pulley and a FTVB, but you can get in touch with him.

 

yes guys Sal is swamped... i was there on the 12th and i was extremely lucky to have been squeezed in for a tune and Sal worked his magic as usual with 500/600 to the wheels im extremely happy.. call him and leave a message or email he will get back to you.. just try to understand when there is the only guy in the shop and that is Sal himself.. please be patient with him hes a great guy to work with and does a great job with our trucks..

this is brian and i had sent you a email on 9-14-05 for some adjustments to my custom predator tune you did for me. i spoke to someone (female) and she said you had recieved it, this was on 10-13-05. she told me it would be fixed in a couple of days. i never heard from you so i had to have someone else make me a new tune. sorry i know you have been busy but i had to get my truck running again. i not bashing you and i think you do great and you are a very busy guy. i just had to get my lightning fixed.

 

I have been waitting for a response since 10-13-05 do I count?

I sent Sal an email on June 30 requesting info on a custom tune and ftvb....

Never received a responce,
went with other vendors instead.

 

i hope sal aint to busy to come out to california again.


nothing against ANY of the other tuners, but nobody tunes my truck but sal
