Lightning swap help.

I'm swapping a Lightning engine into my 96 Stang and have run into a minor snag. Their is a coolant plug I beleive on the bottom of the intake. I was just wondering if I'm suppossed to hook that to the heater core.
The engine I have is from a 98 Expedition and it has a long tube running in the bottom of the intake valley it seems this tube is interfering with the lower intake. This tube goes to the heater core on a regular setup. The other heater core hose goes to the top of the manifold. Anybody have any tips to get me rolling?

On a lightning intake there is no coolant line at the bottom or plug. There is however a vacuum line that is at the very rear edge of the intake. The hose that comes off of that fitting connects to the PCV "T".
Yes you are suppose to hook that line up.

Peace,

Yes, please keep us up dated on how it comes out. I just so happen to have an 02 stang sitting around and a lightning engine with nothing to put it in.

God Bless,

Suavy
