PIAA are probably your best bet.

When you say blue, I assume you are after intense white light which gives the impression of looking blue. As opposed to actual blue tinted bulbs?

I have just ordered main beam/fog bulbs from autothing.com. Not cheap though (at $210 for the set). But probably some of the best bulbs you can buy!

Headlamp - PIAA Xtreme White 9007 (ATPIAXW907) @ $89.95
Fogs - PIAA Super Plasma GT-X 9005 (ATPIAGT905) @ $119.95

Cheers,

I would hesitate to put $120 bulbs in my fogs considering the bath they will soon be taking.

Bulbs arrived today. Yes they are a perfect fit.

Only thing I noticed was that the standard fog bulbs were 23watts. The new ones are more powerful at 55W. But I won't let that worry me.

Oh yes, and they are very nice. And very very white.

And finally.. worse of all, after shipping tax and everything they ended up costing just over $300. Thats the problem with living on a little island! ;-)
The delivery man brought a UK customs invoice for the tax and handling fees! Sigh!

Cheers

Too bad they are going to explode from water in the foglights.

Ermm. In my experience not too long! (Sort of makes you wonder why I bought them).

I have them in my Skyline too. And the first blew within 6 months. The second at about a year. So pretty poor really.

Maybe the ones in my L will last longer!

I used to work for Nopi and we sold the PIAA bulbs alot. the bulbs have a warranty on them but i have been out of the business for 2 years now. but back then PIAA had a 1 year warranty on them which included blow outs. Razo bulbs are nice and look great too. they are a bit cheaper than that PIAA's. try to stay away from the APC and other cheaper bulbs. they dont last very long at all.

As soon as the water gets in your foglight, which it will, they will explode.

Well. The UK is a real real wet place.

And I have had fogs on loads of cars. And never yet have I blown a fog bulb.

Have you tried slighly oiling the o rings for a good seal?
