eaton supercharger difference

What (if any) is the difference between the eaton supercharger in the gen II?

Will a 00 work on a 02?

'99 and '00 uses a different bolt pattern than the '01-up. My understanding is you can drill the '01-up to match the '99-'00 bolt pattern. They aren't a direct swap though...
