I'm in the process of negotiating a deal on a new 2000 Black L. I've been reading the board here and was wondering if any of you L owners think that the 2000 Ls will have the same amount of problems that some of the 99.5 did? Also, anyone have the latest on the start date for the 2000 Ls???

I have a 00 L on order. Can't tell you anything about whether reliability issues you ask about have been resolved. Just found out from my dealer JOB 1 is scheduled for Jan 31st. Someone else posted that info too.
