Question

I don't think they are ready to start sending them out yet? Im going to order one after the 1st of Jan. On a side note, I've talked to a guy in La. who is getting a smaller pulley for the supercharger. It sound's like its available from Sean Hyland Motorsport for about $120. I don't know anything about claimed boost numbers,or how much of a pain it is to put on?

Yeah, SHM has a pulley out. Mine is on order and should be here in a couple of days. Will keep you posted on the installation/results.

I called SHM and they said you have to remove the blower shaft to get the pulley off. Quit a bit of work for 2 psi. If you find a different way of removing the stock pulley let us know. Thanks Scott

ASP has a new pulley for our trucks. It is $109.95 and will give about 3 more lbs of boost. http://www.autospecialties.com/ (281)261-5811. They also make a pulley puller used by the Grand Prix people to remove the press fit pulleys from there eaton super chargers.

heard it's pretty easy to break the snout with a puller on the lightning's eaton. don't know how you could apply for any drivetrain warranty once you used a puller on it. (it would be obvious, and the first thing you see, when you pop the hood ), on the other hand, a crank pully swap is a little more consealed
