Suggestions on plugs...
These are my mods.....
12in. Filter
SCT MAF2400 (Have Stock on now but having REM tune it in for me)
S/B TB
Boost By Pass
Cobra Pump
Electic Fan
AFCO Heat Exchanger
6# Lower Pulley
Full Exhaust: Bassani Shorty, High Flows, MagnaFlow Catback
Oil Breather
Superchip (Buying a predator when I go to REM)
Venom Performance Control Module
Mods that i dont think matter:
Factory Tech Valve Body
Deep Sump Trans Pan
There are a lot of spark plugs to choose from, i am currently running the NGK-TR6's and was wondering if i should maybe go with a different plug for my application. I want to have fresh plugs in when i get my dyno tune at REM. Also plan on buying a couple of goodies when i go down there. Possibly some shackles and maybe a blower pulley.
thanks

I am running Denso IT-20's in my truck and I like them a lot but they are expensive. I had TR6's and they ran fine but they have a rough idle.
If you have the cash, go with the Denso's.

Here is a bit of a guide i think the denso's are alittle more wide ranged that what is shown but gives you an idea. I run denso's and see about 13-14 psi and love them!

i agree i loved the denso's but not the price. that chart is perfect, it gives me a good understanding of the plugs that are out there. I think ill go with the br7ef for right now but if i increase my boost 2# more i guess ill have to fork out the money to buy the 24's.

I run TR6's and I see around 16.5-17 pounds of boost and the truck idles good and runs great. No need to spend so much on plugs, just replace them once a year, and get a good tune- IT's ALL IN THE TUNE.

I have always ran iridiums. This is very unscientific, but with my Denso
IT-22's in the truck, it seems that it will take approx 2 more degrees timing WOT without getting the dreaded ping. Admittedly, we are also in a period of terrible air, so it could be from that.
In the past, I've tried NGK TR8IX & TR6IX.
I'll probably stay with the Denso's.
