Cool Screen Savers, Calenders and.........A Mouse Pad?

Morning all:

We may never get a calender, unless we make it up ourselves, but I am going to try to install the screen saver thingie and I would like to ask if anyone has thought of doing a Lightning Mouse Pad.

We all spend hundreds of hours per month on these machines and I am tired of looking at my Gateway pad. Seems to be simple to do as they have thousands of custom ones on the market. Screen a photo onto a blank pad and go. Anyone out there have a source or the technology?

As a side note, Pat is getting a digital camera/printer/interface stuff and so on for Christmas from me so I will finally be able to load up and send photos of my Bolt, my crate engine and RC models etc.

And yes, I am that devious. She really needs that camera and all that stuff, she really does I promise.

Merry Christmas to all

Bill

Hi Bill.
You can get a mouse pad done at the Zing photo site http://www.zing.com
If you have photos stored there you just select the photo and within several days you have a mouse pad at your door steps. Since I have quite a few photos stored there it was real easy to do. Good luck with the new toys. Please send me a photo of your Lightning when all is up and running.
Update!! You can direct load your photos from your harddrive to Zing to make a mouse pad.

Bill,

That's another of those things I've been trying to line out - along with other "goodies" like travel mugs with the logo on them and such. Seems there are plenty of enterprising minds at work here.

Later!
