Just wanted to throw something out to all. On Wednesday, I ordered some Edelbrock shocks and a K&N air filter for my wife's new Expy from Roger Lemere here at F150Online and he was very professional and courteous. Everyone should shop with him.

But here is the kicker, the order came in today, just when he said it would, and the rear shocks were the incorrect part number, which I believe was the fault of the distributor not Roger. So I called Roger to let him know and I left a voice message with him on his answering machine as well as an e-mail. In less than one hour he called me back and said he already had the correct shocks on order and I should receive a return auth. immediately.

I just wanted to commend Roger for his diligence and professionalism. It seems these days it is harder to get people to do their jobs and correct problems that may arise. I am self-employed and certainly know that some problems take time to fix, but instead of putting me off until Monday which would have been easier I'm sure, he sat down and took care of it for me right away.

Sorry for the book but I thought you all should know that your money is well spent with F150online.
