Ever think the leaded fuel killed your 02's?

I just found out the 100 Octane Fuel I've been running through mine on the streets @ 1 year now (off and on), is LEADED, not unleaded as we were ALL lead to believe. (get it lead to believe)

Sal has my truck at his shop and that is one of the things being tested (02 Sensors), sure would answer a lot of questions ???
They dont always have to be bad to screw you or your tune up, "just lazy".

Rob, I asked this before.

Did you check into that? Because why would anyone in their right mind make 100 leaded?? That's an awfully low octane rating for leaded fuel.

Or are you just relying on 2nd hand info.

Tim,
If you ever saw what "Park" looks like in a auto tranny you would never get out of a vehicle without setting the brake.

That would be the latter part (woo hoo I always wanted to use that word)

But the 2nd hand info was a good source (a stang owner from Sals shop).
He was having off and on driving issues, and when it turned out to be 02 Sensor related, he couldnt understand why because he only uses 1 station and fuel, --> the 100 octane Costal Fuel. So he drove there and asked the guy and claims he was told it was leaded. Sal, You, Me, Everyone says the same thing, never heard of 100 Octane Leaded ? I WILL GO THERE AND CHECK IT MYSELF and report my findings....

Three basic types of fuel. Leaded, low lead, and unleaded. If you are running O2 sensors you have to run unleaded. All three are available in a variety of octanes. Most of the fuel suppliers carry all three. Be careful what you get. Low lead is not the same as unleaded.

Scott,
Why don't you utilize the nitrous system to spool the turbo up instead of a new torque converter? Nitrous and turbos are a match made in heaven.

Why don't you take off the upper intake plenum? It really service no purpose any more.
