Cool autoweek

Dont know how many of yous get autoweek but there is a good editoral about the lightning in there mught want to stop by a book store and take a look. Article is all pro not one single con in it. Also a article in this months feb 2000 issue of muscle mustangsthey had one running 13.40 with 365RWHP was a very interesting article. Have fun reading.

If the new Autoweek article is anything like the one from March 29, 1999 where it made the cover, they raved it pretty good in that one.

The cover was awesome -- just AutoWeek at the top, a picture of a Lightning filling up the entire cover, and the following words:

800-Pound Gorilla

...for a title. (Think they liked it? <g> ) I've got it scanned around here somewhere (I use it for a wallpaper from time to time.)

The current AutoWeek article is the editorial appearing on page 12 of the December 13 edition. It's written by Russell Bulgin, drummer for The Clash. He drove a '99 Lightning while visiting the U.S. recently (in the L.A. area) and loved it. Good article - check it out!

BTW, I also use the AutoWeek "800 Pound Gorilla" cover as wallpaper at times. Great shot. (Downloaded it from their website back when that issue was current.)
