How will a set of summit headers fit on a 2000 lightnin? how bout quality? product life? They are for a 2000 5.4 f-150 2WD, is there anything different from the l and a regular 150 as far as the headers would go? thanks for the help- Kyle

 

They should fit the L, but I would call to confirm. Most people have found the installation of shorties more difficult than long tubes. The long tubes are better for performance.

 

my kooks have been on since 1999 and look brand new.fit like a glove and well made.dont waste your money on shorty headers.i think the headers fit either truck.
