I am well aware that some of you are quite anxious for your RC Lightnings that you have had on order for some time.

We ran into some of the same problems that Sal had with his filters, in that some of the necessary components were delayed in delivery from our suppliers. We went ahead and built the chassis, but had to wait for some of the other components.

Bottom line, is that we hope to ship all outstanding orders on Thursday this week.

In the meantime, we built up a lot of the standard chassis version ($270 + $70 for assembly and painting) and have red, white, black and silver available in that version.
Yes, Silver too. Also, I had two yellow built up in the standard version!

The plastic models are due next week, and I
hope to also getin a selection of the die cast 1/18 scale model before Christmas.

Dang, wish ya made a Super Cab one. That way I could have Roush RC like my truck. I would have to make a couple of mods to the hood though.

I just received my red lightning yesterday and boy does that thing goooooo. I painted the wheels silver and the tip of the bolt black. It makes the wheels look just like ours. Anyway thanks and have a great holiday!!

I ordered the racing special chassis too, along with the upgrades...Can't wait to get it built!
Did you also ask Bill for the upgrades? (15-turn motor, upgraded ESC, and 1700 battery)

Is it really fast?
Give me some more insights to chew on while I am waiting for mine to arrive...

We do have a built up so called F350 Super Cab in stock that really is quite close to a F150SC. It is on the same chassis as the Lightnings we are providing. Same price for the lower level ($350 including UPS).

Hey Brad,

I did get the upgraded RC kit. It is really fast. Since it has 4 wheel drive it has GREAT handeling and turning radius.

I was racing a neighbor who has a RC car that he built. He thought it was fast until he met the Lil' Beast. Hope you get yours soon.

Rob, Im waiting for my Red R/C Lightning. Im getting the upgraded one so I can smoke my friends R/C cars in the hanger I work in. How is the Superchip working now? We will have to meet up in the summer and go to the track. Scott
