Unhappy Ford Dealer said No!

The cracked and crazed fog light lens were not covered under the Extended Service Plan (ESP). I should have contacted them sooner. Parts guy quoted a price of $280 for two units. Any possibility of contacting Ford? Thanks for any help.

wierd, didn't think it was a warranty issue...more like a ford quality issue since it's the way they designed the foglights that causes the water to crack them. On that note they were changed for free for me when I explained that to the service manager

The older Cobra lights fit also for about 50 buck.

Unhappy Bad News

Went to WalMart, they had several different model lights called Cyberwhite by Navigator. No NV607 model. Talked to the Department Manager; he said they were marked down to around $30 and then discontinued by Wal Mart. Did get the web site for the manufacturer: http://www.pilotautomotive.com

Went to the site and found the lights and they gave me a local auto parts store that carried their produts. Called the store, but they had never carried that particular model. They said they could special order it; cost of $62.95 plus S&H. So, I went ahead and ordered. More expensive, but still a lot better that $280.
