PSP Efan install help - where do these wires go?

PSP Efan install help - where do these wires go?
okay, first off, i'm just planning on hardwiring a switch that i can turn the fan on myself, so i know install should be a bit easier.
first question is taking the old fan off? How?, obviously there will be the shroud to unhook, but as far as taking the fan off, whats the process, never done one before myself, so don't wanna screw it up.
2nd, i'm not putting on a diff water pump at this time, thats ok correct? i'll just have the shaft sticking out right?
3rd, what gets wired where, lol
on back of fan there are 2 wires, red (power?) and black (ground?), red turns orange, goes through inline fuse and then into relay, on that same relay spot where orange is, there is a blue wire coming out with a plug on the end of it.
the black wire goes into the relay directly, midline of the black though, there is a plug inline with it as well (it's yellow right there)
other relay spot has a green and brown wire coming out. green runs out as an open wire and brown runs out with a plug on the end
on the last relay spot there is a red wire with an open end on it.
My plan is to just run a direct switch to it and turn off and on as i feel needed and in the pits for cooldown. not worried about tstat and stuff as i have water temp gauge and will monitor like my old truck, if anyone can help me wire, thatd be great, i'm thinking some connections may not be needed with a direct switch, but not sure, heres some pics to help
