Question Low Cost Mods??

Hey Guy's,
I'm a proud owner(like you all) of a new 99.5 Lightning, but unlike most of you I am not a "car/truck" guy, just an absolute speed freak(super freak really). My question is what are some low cost(relative term) mods that can be added to rain more "hell from above" from my black blitz???
Thanks,
Brett

Hey Brett, Sal here. For about $500, you could get my 99Chip and Filter kit combo, which will drop your ETs by about a half second. Other than those two mods (and nitrous )not much out there will really impress you as far as power increases for little money.

Question

Sal,
Thanx for the info,I was figuring that was the way to go as far as low cost mods.If I go w/ the nos how much of a shot should I go w/? How long would it take for you to deliver the chip & filter combo? No rush just wondering,I'm waiting till spring to upgrade.
Oh yeah. Exactly what problems(I've read about many here)might I run into and how much flak will I catch tryin' to get em' taken care of by Ford?? I already brought it in for the steering wheel lean(pull to the right) and they told me "it's right on specs",so THEY say.Just trying to stay ahead of the game.

Question

SAL, Been reading your posts since August, thanks for the education...! Thinking about spending that $500, and wondering about a few things. If the filter and chip combined are good for a half second, how does that translate to horsepower(combined and individually). I'm going to a 4.10 rear-end; can you calibrate your chip for this, speedo correction too? What ET gain would I realize from the gear change? If I had to choose between the gear change and a 80 hp NOS kit, what would you advise? Thanks in advance, props to you, look foward to doing business with PSP in the near future.
