Need help with inside tire wear...
I am having some serious inside tire wear on both front tires (F1's). These tires have been in the front for approximately 14k miles. I did not change them to the rear because the rear tires only lasted me a total of 6k miles until the were totally shot (F1's). Therefore, I was trying to conserve the fronts as to not have to buy 4 new tires instead of 2. I had 2 new 555 Nitto's put on the rear and that's when the tire guys noticed uneven wear on the inside of the front tires and said that I needed to get the truck aligned. I went to a local shop and after 7 trips back and forth (14 total hours), new idler arm, and right control arm, they never got it right. The truck always pulled to the right no matter what they did. I took it to another alignment shop, which is the best chassis shop around, and they couldn't get it right either. It still pulled and pulls to the right and wore the insides almost all the way down. I had the front tires taken off the rims and switched left to right and right to left, so that the beefy outsides of the tires are now on the inside. I had that done about 2k miles ago and the insides now are almost gone again. Now I have front tires that are bald on the inside and outside with tread in the middle and a truck that still pulls to the right. They have even tried putting the new Nitto's on the front for aligment reasons and that didn't change a thing.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to what the problem might be? I really need to get this addressed before I dump another $500 on tires that are only going to last me 7k miles until they are torn up. Sorry for the long write up but I felt I needed to explain the issue somewhat for ya'll to help me diagnose. Thanks in advance for your help

Alignment for a stock L is a challenge and harder if the suspension has been changed. Are you the original owner, did it always pull right? You can search on here to find alignment specs.
I wore my first set of F1's on the inside, since then I rotated front-to-back every 10k miles. I got 28k miles on the 3 sets I've had. I know you can't do that with the Nitto's on the back. You might consider 4 Hankook's for everyday and save the Nitto's for the track or...

I am not the original owner. I am the third owner and I bought the truck with 89k miles on it 10 months ago. The chassis shop looked over the truck very closely to see if it had been in an accident. As far as they could tell, it has not. Both shops that I took the truck to had checked the bushings and they said that they were fine and that they had been changed at some point because they have grease fittings on them. I also do not have any drops or suspension kits on the truck currently but would not be against getting one if it would help with my alignment situation. How about a Rousch lowering kit?
Thanks for the input.

Take your truck to a Frame and Axel shop! I had the same problems and after taking it to several front-end places I took it to and old school frame shop. They took my alignment sheet that I downloaded from the boards and tore it up. They went on to explain how our wide tires need to be set up different! I must say that the proof was in the pudding. almost 2 years with the same front end alignment.

Thanks Suavy,
I think I might be in luck. I went to the shop where I bought my Nitto's and asked the guy if he had any suggestions on my alignment problem. He recommended me to a shop that works on all type of vehicles with all types of tricked out suspensions. He swears by them and says they are the best in the biz. I'll be by there in the next week or two and I'll update. Thanks to all who replied.

No worries, I say the same thing to everyone who posts this issue verry few take the advice and come back time after time with the same problem. My old man raced and used to lower some and lift others he alsways took his cars to this shop called motor wheel and axel. They seem my front end spec sheet that I downloaded from one of these boards and tore it up! They said I was gonna wear the tires set them up old school and it doesn't pull follow the road or wear the inside of the tires! Now if some one can help me with the back tires they seem to lose rubber quickly!
Peace,
Suavy
