Post Speedo corrected via chip

Hey guys, Sal here. Just wanted to let you guys know that I can compensate for different gear ratios with our PSP custom chip. Just state your ratio on the order form. This will correct the speedo and make the truck shift properly.

BTW, we are now set up to accepr credit cards, check out the site for more information.

Hey Sal,Kevin here. Your chip can be cal. up to 4:10's? If so I need to know before next monday,thats when I take my L into get recal.I can then tell my wife yes I have to get a chip,to make my L run right I think she will fall for it don't you

HI!... JIGAWATT : I don't know about the LIGHTNING but MIKE T. told me that the regular F-150's computer will only allow you to go up to 3.99 gear ratio. But it's no big deal because even with the computer only allowing for a 3.99 gear, with a 4.10 it will only be off by 3%. So if your speedo is saying 100mph in reality you are only goiny 97mph. I can live with that. Right now when my speedo says 100mph I am actually only going about 85mph.

Hey Kevin, Sal here. I can set the axle ratio up to 6.00:1. So your gears are NOOoo problem

Hey Sal, all the way up to 6:00!! those 4:56's from US GEAR are sounding pretty good right now Anyone want a pair of 4:10's, with about 50 miles on them?

Sorry guy's, I did the math and 4:56 at 102mph is 5505rpm. I think the rev limiter is set at 5250rpm.That would make me have to use O.D. in the 1/4 mile.I don't think the trans. would like drag racing with the O.D. In case you wanted the #'s. (3.55@70mph 2941rpm) (4:10@70mph 3396rpm) (4:56@70mph 3778rpm) This is in 3rd or D not 4th or O.D. The 455rpms between the 3:55&4:10's does not sound like much,but what a differance it makes
