Resetting Predator?? HELP!

Ok, here's the deal...

I bought a used Predator from Ebay (big mistake). When I plug it in, it says it is not registered with my truck and will not allow me to reflash.

Apparently the previous owner tuned his truck and sold the unit without restoring his factory tune (a-hole).

Is there any way I can reset the unit, or do I just need to try to get my money back?

I think it would work, when you install the Predator software. I don't know which version you have, but download it from DiabloSport and reinstall it, so the Original tunes will be restored.

Can you update the Pred without restoring the factory tune? And is so, will it return the unit to a "divorced" state so that it can be used on a different vehicle?
