Good luck with the Evo, a little work and those cars are sick, could give some of us fellow lightning guys a run for our money.

Will you stop your whinning

First you add on a entertainment room to the back of your house, then you put in a 10K dollar pool and deck, and then you buy an 03 for a winter beater.
Go cry the poor mouth over at NLOC,
They seem to like you over there
:-))))

Btw.......
Having a 1st football weekend party here today. Why not get your cheap *** over here. There will be a few female friends here looking to hook-up with old, fat, bald guys.......hahahaha
Got a bucket of frozen Margarita's. Added the Jose last night, and it looks yummy. Who knew you could freeze tequlla? Got some desert too!

Dam Gator

I bet your feeling fine today
Giant's Won, Jets got clobbered, Mexican Food, Frozen Drinks, the Wacky Weed, and Hookers, WTF is better than that ???
HELLO MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO GIVE ME A LITTLE MORE NOTICE

Now back on track Gator, your pissing people off @$^%@($%(@$&^$@

Re getting rid of a L, here's the prob:

When you think of how much you'll lose by selling, in my case we'd prob be talking 30K. My "Total Time Price" as they call it on the original bill of Sales,
is $43,128.16 (thats how much I paid "TOTAL" after the 6 yr loan is paid off) INSANE I TELL YOU. @$%(@$%)@$%@)$%@)$
I still owe 2 years+ (prob @13K plus), so even if I sold it for 20K (thats even hard to belive) I would MAYBE walk away with 6 or 7K. You'll need that as a down payment on something new. Now I would lose my L and have lost over 30K. And now I dont own whatever I drive for another 6 years of payments And even the new cars suck on gas, my Mitsi-ya-ya sucks on gas, still cost me 10 -15 a day to drive no where

Lets say 30K divided by @ 3.90 per gallon = 7,692.30 gallons of gas
Times 10MPG = 76,923 Miles of FREE DRIVING if I do NOTHING,
and in 2 years when the L is paid off, I can prob still get 10-15K and KEEP the Cash.

WOO HOO, I'M TAKING THE LIGHTNING TO WORK TODAY

Geeze, I just got a Lightning. Why didn't you all tell me that I wouldn't be able to afford the gas to drive it! I've had it for just over a month and I'm going to have to trade it in for a four banger?

I'm in a similar boat (figuratively, not literally. I can't afford a boat) as Rob_02Lightning. I live in a crappy house and have a job that doesn't pay all that well. I don't have the kind of money invested in my truck that he does but I don't have a super fast Lightning either. I will just drive the Lightning less. I am fortunate to be able to drive a company vehicle to and from work so that I can drive my truck when I want to, not because I have to.

Big Shooter, we all are feeling the squeeze of the high gas prices. You've got to do what you've got to do. Things I've read seem to indicate that the EVO and STi really don't get good fuel economy if you drive them like they were ment to be driven. I'm not so sure that you can have high performance with good fuel economy.

I was complaining about the $250 a month in gas here. I have since parked my truck and started driving the Cobra. It's amazing how much gas lasts when you drive it normally My gas costs have gone down more than half and I can use regular too!

that is suck an ignorant statement you piker.
only a piker would say something like that.

i made 89K CASH when i was 16. at 17 I double my parents combined income, and that was while in college full time and paying for it all by myself and my parents has not given me one cent for anything except paying for my high school tuition since i was 12 years old. That is right 12 yrs old, and I have been supporting myself, not because I had to but because I can.

Big Shooter: 2 words of advice: THINK BIGger. If you have been this successful so far at a young age you can do anything. There is no reason that next year you can not have both cars plus a Bentley.
love to hear other young people success stories and hate to hear someone hate because they were miserable and just settled on life.

oh yeah, slow down 10 mph and you will save yourself $50 a week.
