what kind of problem would shorter tire in the front cause?

found some 16x10's i'm gonna use for a drag wheel, they also make a 16x8 that i could put a narrower tire on the front too

question is, would you go with say a 245/70 or 75 or go with a shorter tire like a 245/45 or 235/55

obviously the shorter tire would weigh less,

any probs other than possibly an ABS light?

shouldn't give you any problems

When I ran 28 inch tires out back when I raced I ran a 26" front tire on a 16x7 rim. I didn't have any problems.

Now that I run 30" slicks I went to a 28" tall fron tire

I now run 225/70 HR16 Continental 4x4 Contacts, they are 28.4 overall diameter, same as the Goodyear F1's
