pcv vacuum question

As some of you might remember, I've been fighting a lean bank code for some time now. I took some stuff apart today and noticed that the vacuum line connected to the rear of the lower intake at the center is not ripped, but completely collapsed or flat. I don't think this would leak, but it definately is having a hard time sucking or blowing through there.

My question is 1. would this cause an SES light that im having?

2. Where can I find a new vacuum set? This is the three lines that go from the pass side pcv to the upper and the one that goes to the center of the lower..

Sorry for the long post, but I need some answers.

yes it would cause a lean code. all mod motors are known for that tube popping off or getting weak and collapsing. i can't tell you how many i have replaced on 4.6 motors.

I have one laying around. if you want it it's yours just pay for shipping
