Hotchkis 1 1/2" drop coils springs

Who has used these? Are they hard to install? (approx time) Last, will my 20" tires 305/40/R20 cause a problem. If there is a better way to go please let me know.

Thanks,

Dunno on the tire thing, but if it fits on now, I can't see that springs will change anything.

As for the install question, see here and here .

Tim, the link doesnt work. i'm guessing it was to SVT_KY's how-to?

install should take about 2 hours if you've never messed with the front suspension. i've got the whole thing down to about an hour now from doing it so many friggin times

as for the tires, 305/40's are the same OD as the stock harley rims & tires, so you should have plenty of room with no rubbing

The links worked earlier. Tim must have changed them again

This is fuxored up.

Just do a subject-only search in the Lightning forum for "spring* and install*"

The truth is out there.
