One of the guys on the Corvette Forum started a group purchase for Okole's great seatcovers and today I placed an order for my C5. After talking to the Sales Manager he stated that he would be glad to do a GP for the Lightning guys. I have ordered a set for the 99 Lightning in black with red lettering (Lightning)it will be a few weeks before I receive them, but when I do I will post pics here for you guys to see. In the meantime you can go to their site and check out the product. E-mail me if your interested and I will see if we can get at least 10 orders to qualify for the GP. I will know about pricing in the next few days.....later....

Here is a pic I found of them installed in a Ford P/U. Dont think I like the color, but think grey or black solid with Lightning stitched at the top.....later.....

I would be interested if they could make a set that approximates the existing seat covers. According to thier website, they have the colors necessary to do this. If they are not to expensive, I would consider doing this. The seat fabric is getting dark on the driver's side and i'm worried about cleaning it too often.

Ok here is the deal....Okole will sell their seat covers to us as a group purchase for $225. Call 1-888-246-5653 and ask for Joe or Phil. Tell them you want the group purchase from the Lightning section of F150 Online as per Tony in Savannah Ga.

This may sound pricy but these are some great seat covers....I'm still waiting on my set for the Lightning, but got a set today for the C5. I'll post a pic of the install on the C5 this weekend. The great thing about these is if the Okole seat cover wares they will replace the bad part of the cover for $12.00. They are made from a neoprene (ie: scuba type) material and can be washed/cleaned really easily. I ordered black with "Lightning" on the headrest in Red! They will send samples of the material upon request.
If you guys are seeing ware on the left driver seat bottom as I am you will want to get those babies covered....of course that just might be my over sized butt causing the ware area....any questions....give Joe or Phil a call.....hope this help-s you guys....later.....
