Turbo is the way to go. With all these Lightnings starting to go turbo, Parish better look out. Nice truck though.

But most of the power is only made in a 2,000 rpm window or so. The truck doesn't do much until 4500 and I doubt that motor was built to rev much beyond 4500.

Instead of saying "no nitrous" they should add some nitrous to spool that turbo up sooner. Boost and nitrous are the perfect combination. This would really impress people then. I have seen many big turbos that make big dyno numbers but they make the power so late that you don't see the true potential in a 1/4 track.

That's definitely one sick truck...a sleeper for sure. Maybe someone will sponsor me some injectors and a MAFT-Pro so I can turn up mine and bust 1000+.

All it takes is money. He is one smart fella getting himself a sponsor. I see he finally got away from the stock tires. That is one wicked truck and I have to give the guy credit. I wonder what his final goal is? I wonder who will have the first Gen II L to dyno over 1000 hp/1000 tq. He is definitely setting the bar for farm trucks.

hey guys

i do spray it at the track to get it to spool, last night we did some shake down runs and i ended up hiting it with a 150 shot from the launch till i was at 7psi and then the nitrous went off. my best run was at 13psi up to 65mph and 17.5psi from there up. we tried turning it up some more but ran into a couple of issues we need to work thru.

best run at that setting was 10.24 at 135 with a 1.65'. that was at full weight(5000lbs) including the roll bar and trailer hitch. i can pull over 200lb's prety easy if i wanted to.

i will post up the track video when it is done.

Awesome truck! Nice dyno #'s, and the track times are great too. Can't wait to see the video.
