Cool DYNO TESTING COST

How much does it cost to dyno test? Im getting a flowmaster performance system built and would like to see horsepower figures stock/performance. The owner of Mufflex is going to be building and selling systems but wants to test at the track. What does everyone think would be better? Scott

Most dyno operators using a Dynojet chassis dyno will do your run for $100-$150 per hour for the dyno & operator time. An hour is enough time to do it, so that should be all it costs you.

Good luck,

If you just want to get a baseline you are looking at $60 for 2 runs and most guys will be pretty lenient with you if they are slow. I just got mine dynoed this weekend and the guys really liked the truck so they let me have a few extra runs at no extra charge. By the way, running the truck without the air filter causes a loss of tourque.
