So I was at a local pub and....
Sitting outside on the patio and a mustang drives by hard with a loud exhaust, Guy at the next table makes a comment about he better get off the gas or Ford boy will blow a head gasket. So all the guys at my table look over at me and basically say in a not so quite voice "Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh you going to take that" So the guy looks over at me and turns his cap around which had a Chevy logo on it and the rest went like this..
Him: Chevy baby!!
Me: There is a big Ford truck in the parking lot that will run your Chevy any day.
Him: Whatever, I have a 67 Chev Big block 350 with a Holley DBBL and another with a Chev 302 Small block.
Me: Wow sound crazy! What does the faster one run in the 1/4?
Him: 2.2
Me: It runs the 1/4 mile in 2.2 seconds?
Him: Yup
Me: OK buddy.
My friend at the same time: OK captain kirk
My friend #2 at the same time: OK John Force
End of conversation.
SO anyone else know of these Chev 350cid Bigblocks that run 2.2 second 1/4 miles?
