SAUVY what mods do you have? also what is the spring upgrade about? sorry a rookie. thanks everyone and keep info coming

Mods...
Engine – 5.4 L Cast Iron Block
· Bore - .02" over
· Rings Plasma Moley
· Cylinders honed using deck plates
· Line bored Crank bore
· Crank & rotating system balanced & blue printed
Heads – Stock heads with the following mods
· 1mm oversized valves intake & exhaust
· Cams Crower stage 3 with .601" lift
· Stage 3 springs set at 118 ft lb of seat pres.
· Retainers titanium
· Heavily ported intake and exhaust
Intake – Stock with the following mods
· Matched ported to heads
Supercharger – Magnum Powers
· 2.69 Lb pulley
· Snout turned down to run the 2.69 lb pulley
Fuel System – Stock Fuel Rail
· 55lb hr injectors MSD
· Duel 255 fuel pumps
· ½" steel braided fuel lines
· Nitrous ported manifold
Intake air – Cold air set up
· Johnny Lightning Performance Ram Air down pipe
· JDM engineering cone filter set
· Up graded to 2001 factory MAF meter
· Excalibur MAF extender
Cooling system – Stock
· Water pump – stock
· Thermostat – stock
· Hoses – stock
· Fan – stock
· Inner cooler – stock with home made chiller box system
Transmission – Factory Tech Monster Box
· 2600 RPM stall
· Torque converter – billet
Rear end – stock
· Rebuilding not yet complete
· Up graded to carbon fiber clutch plates
Suspension – Up graded
· Shocks – QA-1 adjustable (Rear)
· Rear lowered 3"
