I got me kids B-Day / Movie / Pizza / Pool Party this weekend, but lets talk this up. I know I got some party on one of the Labor Day days, but maybe another day or the following week, I can offer up my crappy little 800 sq ft 1st floor shack. It does have a 400 sq ft Patio/Party room off the back (and it's made of steel, LOONY proof even, hehehe). Little TV w/ 8 million channels, boom box like music thingy, and lots of seats, tables, couch, bla bla bla. And of course a 13,500 gallon pool ; o ) LA, no Bathing Suite needed for you of course, WEE OOO.....

Got a rock driveway, but it's like white trash around here, we can park on the lawn if need be, hehehehe plus I can def fit a good 5 or 6 in the driveway.
Neighbors are totally use to smokeys, never a cop around, almost sounds like a plan as long as you bring what you want to eat and drink

 

sounds good Rob, we can do it at my house too, if we can get u suffolk folks out to nassau. I have a 9 billion galloon pool in my backyard and I will give you $100 if you are brave enough to jump in (canal )

I have no furniture though because I spend all my money on toys and have a huge MTG payment
