Alright yall ive been out of the loop for about a year now due to some unforseen issues i hope i can keep up a little better from now on. Anyhow I just put my works 140 on about 2 weeks ago and i am in the process of getting everything together to get it tuned. I was of the understanding that our trucks either did not have a knock sensor or it didn't work very well. I was jsut wondering if anyone has found a soultion to the problem or whether it was something i jsut made up.

they have one, it is just disabled because it doesn't work well with the supercharger. it is something with the harmonics of the blowers mechanical noise causeing false readings.

 

alright that makes me feel better. I was jsut wonderign if that was the case or i jsut imagined it. Well has anyone devised a computer patch or an aftermarket system to fix the problem or am i just dreaming.
