How much does the Superchip flipchip cost?
I've hard a lot about them and heard they are pretty good.

you wont get an answer on the price of the superchips, unless you call or email mike troyer (superchips_distributor). he sells them for less than superchips would prefer. here is his info:

The Superchip Flip Chip is normally $450, but with our F150online discount, it's far less than that, and priced below the competition. One of the nicest things about the Superchip is the fact that it works *all* the time, not just at full-throttle, and it's the only chip available for the new supercharged Lightning that does work all the time, adding power at every throttle position. So it's a nice improvement to overall driveability, as well as a blast when you stand on the gas! Hey guys, Sal here. I have to admit, this is getting quite tiresome, and I really hate having to submit a post like this. But once again, Mike Troyer has made comments that are not true, for the purpose of selling his product. I have nothing against Mike, and I understand that he is salesman and that is his job. But at least tell people the truth. I don't like to downtalk competetors, and I think it's kind of unprofessional to do so, but sometimes the performance enthusiast in me gets the better of me. But I have never made any comments about a competetor that weren't fact. And the only reason I am submitting this post, is not to start any flame wars, but to defend my product that seems to constantly have false accusations made about it by Mike Troyer when he says the phrase "Superchips are the only", that means all other chips are excluded from his statement. This statement, as I have pointed out in the past many times, is of course false. The chips I use (made by the ultimate chip tuner Mike Wesley) not only work all the time, but have many more parameters in the software to control, than the software Superchips uses. You see, I can make these kind of statements because I have experiance and am familiar with Superchips and their software, where as Mike Troyer obviously is just a saleman and not a chip tuner, and is not familiar with C&M Racing/Autologic software. Mike also said "is the only aftermarket programming firm ever hired directly by automakers themselves, due to their superior expertise." That's an impressive statement, and that statement alone could easily persuede people to by a Superchip. But think about this: not only did the creator of my software and chips work for Ford as an EEC engineer, but he was recently hired by Ford to re-calibrate the PCM for the 99 Cobras to help solve the infamous power problem. Now to me, THAT'S impressive. Sorry for the bitter-sounding post folks, but I obviously have to defend myself and my products against false accusations. And Mike, I have nothing against you personally, just please tell the truth!!

that by all of your previous postings that
you really know what you are talking about,

Just to let you know, I have been very pleased with my Superchip and have appreciated your help when I had trouble with the installation. You have been a gentleman in every way on this board and I appreciate your restraint in jumping in to the fray. You have a great product and I won't hesitate to give you a call should I need additional help in the future.

Got your Filter setup last week and installed in about 30 minutes. I was lucky enough to get the unit at the introductory price of $89 + Tax. Very satisfied with it and probably a good deal at double the cost. Love that supercharger whine!

Just because I'm happy with both products doesn't mean the other stuff is crap does it?
