2000 Lightning info
I don't know if everyone knows about the changes that will be made to the 2000 Lightning so I copied this info from BlueOvalNews (I didn't know about the exhaust change)
Job1 for the 2000 LIGHTNING has been set for 06 December 1999. Test mules for the 2000 version were released in late July.
The 2000 year model Changes include: overhead console, am/fm radio with single CD, color keyed mirrors and a rear tinted glass power sliding window.
2000 models will also use a rear exit exhaust instead of the 1999's side exit - which has found to be corrosive to chrome wheels.
One new exterior color has been announced: Silver; although, we have seen a yellow model around Dearborn and Oakville is reporting that a yellow Lightning is be considered.
