I would hate to log on one day, and find that your family or friends have posted that you were seriously injured, or killed, while driving. It's happened here before. Losing a Lightning brother is never a good experience for any of us.

My problem with you is that you equate wrecking a vehicle to being irresponsible. That's like saying that a man that has been divorced is a bad husband. No one can make an accurate judgement about anyone's character based on a few incidents. You're probably a decent guy. I just think that you like to throw judgement around like a guy that desperately wants someone to respect him.
I still miss my Lightning, but am excited to move onto something different. I came here to say goodbye to people who have helped me out in the past. I did not post here looking for judgement on my character of driving ability. I'm sure there are other sites better suited for that.

Yup. You figured me out. Just bustin' your chops to make myself look good. You've got it all screwed down tight, I can tell that now. I'll just go back to wise cracks and irreverent attempts at humor.

What a waste of a truck.........
These trucks aren't simply "fair weather" vehicles by any means.
I feel sorry for that Cobra. -Mat-

Smashed it good Aaron :o So how did you lose it if not messing around ? Others have successfully negotiated the Lightning/nittos/wet road combo, were you going around a corner ? Some have beitched about your obvious failure to maintain control but I'm not going to "start crying a river and preach the gospel of love and righteousness like a bunch of peace loving nerds from a hippi commune" cause you took out you L ..........have fun with your new car Keep some good tires on that old body style stang

guess the "oops" was a bad title for this thread..

How much speed is required to place the pass. side a-pillar 1 1/2 feet closer to the driver??

It really doesn't matter,, as long as no one was hurt and a lesson was learned,,, at least thats what I tell my 14 month old son....

Busting your chops AMP, I know you are upset,, ect... after all, I know the "bridge" you slammed.

Enjoy the stang and see you tuesday!

Just a couple of simple comments from a guy that has driven for 37 years and walked the line more than once. Sh** does happen, and sometimes you die. I managed to survive more than once, driving or otherwise, during 30 years of law enforcement. Sometimes you manage to pull through because of skill, other times due to sheer luck. Don't weight the odds against you by your own means, there is enough evil out there that will do it for you.

I've been in a bunch of single car accidents. They were all my fault.

I must just have one slow-*** angel.

Exactly! This guy wants to blame it on something else.

Is it me or is that passenger side "Oh-***** Handle" different? Mine looks a bit different for some reason.

Aaron, did you salvage any parts that you are selling?
